2003 - From Birth to a Period of Growth
Incorporated under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179) on the 16th of July 2003 as Dealers in Liquefied Petroleum Gas. Having been in the downstream sector for over two (2) decades, Nextbons Gas Ltd has established itself and gained an incredible reputation as a trusted LPG provider in Ghana.
2015 - Re-Registration and Increased Stated Capital
Following an exercise of re-registration by the Registrar General’s Department, earlier changes in the value of the company were re-registered on the 6th of May, 2015. This contributed to an increase in stated capital with a continued focus on providing reliable, qualitative, and sustainable energy.
2022 - Leadership Transition
In 2022, there was a change in directors with Mr. Alfred Baku and Mrs. Elizabeth Baku taking over from Mr. Joseph Kofi Bonsu and Mrs. Comfort Amankwa. With Mr. Alfred Baku’s competence and ethical leadership, Nextbons Gas continues to thrive.
2023 - Expansion and Acquisition
In Q3 2023, Nextbons Gas Ltd acquired Evi-Neizer LPG Station in Dunkwa-on-Offin in the Central Region, further expanding its reach and services.
